This is the official notice for the AGM of iProA which going to be held on Monday 5th October 2026 at 18:30 in 13/F,8 Wyndham Street,Centre, Hong Kong . 

 

If you are unable to attend the AGM in person, you may nominate the Chairman of iProA or a representative to vote on behalf of your company by returning the attached Proxy Form to the Secretariat Office no later than 4:00pm on 3rd October 2026  .

 

Please register your seat for iProA AGM by email (iproa@iproa.org) with your Member Number, your Name and your Contact Number not later than 3rd October 2026  . Thank you.
