Creative Initiatives Strategic Planning Workshop

Aimed at steering the best strategies for the future of iProA, the Creative Initiatives Strategic Planning Workshop was held on March 24. The one-day workshop called for participation of iProA Council and Exco members to discuss the issues essential to the sustainability and growth of iProA.  It began with a review on the current position of iProA, which led to a thorough examination of its image to the public in relation to members¡¦ expectation, and the strengths and weaknesses of iProA.  The discussion also covered ¡§Vision, Mission, and Future Direction¡¨, ¡§Positioning and Key Stakeholders¡¨, ¡§Business Model and Marketing Strategy¡¨, and ¡§Structure, People, Roles, and Responsibilities¡¨.  The workshop called for a new set of Vision and Mission statements as well as new positioning and directives for iProA.  The Council and Exco will review the drafted paper by the consultant and shall issue the new Vision and Mission statements by the end of April.
