Breakfast Meeting on 2 April 2008
SIG in Venture Capital and New Business Development

The event was organized by iProA Special Interest Group Venture Capital and New Business Development, the Hong Kong Information Technology Industry Council (HKITIC) of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries and Hong Kong IT Alliance on 2 April 2008.

We are very pleased that Mr. K. O. Chia, who delivered a wonderful presentation to our members in December 2007, has kindly consented to meet with us again and to share his point of view on " Transforming from Engineer to Entrepreneur ".

The presentation provided practical insights into the strengths and weaknesses of engineers, how engineers can leverage to acquire new skills needed to prepare to be an entrepreneuer and sharing of personal experiences as well as observations as a venture capitalist in working with engineers and entrepreneurs.
