Seminar : The Role of Engineers in Telecommunications Regulation

Jointly organized by Electronics Division and Information Technology Division of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE), The Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers Hong Kong Engineering Management Chapter (IEEE HK EM Chapter), The Institution of Engineering and Technology Hong Kong (IET HK) and iProA, a professional seminar titled: The Role of Engineers in Telecommunications Regulation was successfully organized on 28 June at the office of HKIE.

Ir M H AU, Director-General of OFTA, veteran telecommunication regulator and respected engineer, shared his professional view and his experience in the journey of telecommunications during the seminar. The result of the seminar was encouraging. It had drawn more than 50 participants from diverse fields such as ICT-related business, communication, professional and industry associations.
