HIMSS AsiaPac07

HIMSS AsiaPac 07 was successfully organized on 15 – 18 May at Raffles City Convention Centre in Singapore. The conference was attended by representatives from more than 30 organizations in healthcare and IT throughout Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Austria, India, and the US. As a supporting organization for the event, iProA had our Exco Member Mr. Kenny Chien and the Steering Committee Members of eHealth Consortium Dr. Wong Chun-por and Dr. N.T. Cheung to attend the event. The event was highlighted by the keynote addresses delivered by professionals and leaders from Asia Pacific’s most well-respected hospitals, government / policy and health ministries. Education sessions and forums on market dynamics, EHR/EMR/EPR applications, emerging technologies, clinical leadership and eHealth innovations were hosted to enable thought-provoking discussions and collaborative exchange among the participants.
