ITS Hong Kong Forum & Exhibition 2007 -

Exploring GPS and Other Location Based Applications in Hong Kong

Organized by Intelligent Transportation Systems - Hong Kong, ITS Hong Kong, the ITS Hong Kong Forum & Exhibition 2007 -Exploring GPS and Other Location Based Applications in Hong Kong will be held at the Hong Kong Productivity Council on 19 April 2007. iProA is one of the supporting organizations in the event.　　

ITS Hong Kong is organizing this forum to provide a platform for practitioners in the industry and stakeholders to explore/promote the depolyment of Global Positioning System (GPS) and other location based systems for transportation applications in HK. The potential uses, technical constraints and remedial measures of GPS and other location based systems in transportation will be discussed. How the Government and private sector/ industry could collaborate to facilitate a wider application of location based tracking will be explored.
